Make your once-in-a-lifetime day truly unique with a wedding aboard the magical Skunk Train. You and your guests will embark on a journey deep into the heart of Mendocino County's redwoods for a picture-perfect experience unlike any other.

Join us at a fairytale wonderland nestled deep amidst the Giant Redwoods.

Our newly-constructed reception venue is a gorgeous open-air post-and-beam pavilion, surrounded on all sides by towering redwoods. Your guests will feel like they're dining in the forest, but with ample protection from the elements.

Weddings at the Skunk Train accommodate up to 225 guests

Weddings may include the following:

  • Exclusive use of the pavilion at The Glen surrounded by giant redwoods with unparalleled privacy
  • Access to Preferred Vendor List
  • Redwood ceremony site

Elopements may include the following:

  • 1.5 to 2 hours exclusive use of the pavilion at The Glen 
  • Access to Preferred Vendor List
  • Redwood ceremony site
  • Private train access on day of event to shuttle guests to and from The Glen
  • Evening receptions should conclude by 10pm
  • Magical lighting and fire pits

We do not offer wedding packages mid-May through mid-September (except for small ceremonies, or elopements).

Mr. Skunk's GIANT Christmas Tree

Climb aboard our popular Christmas experience out of Willits! You’ll enjoy seasonal treats and decor on a wonderful journey through the redwoods to Mr. Skunk’s Giant Christmas Tree, a decorated redwood along the line, which also serves as the workshop for Santa Mr. Skunk.
