This unique train trip departs from Willits and travels over the highest point of the line. This ~2 hour round trip will take you over the Summit of our line (elevation 1,740 feet), through Tunnel #2, and down into the Noyo River Canyon.

The Highball Express offers a unique blend of natural beauty and festive atmosphere, a perfect getaway for both nature lovers and party enthusiasts. As the train winds through the towering redwoods you can indulge in local sips and noshes, available for purchase.

We’ll make a stop at Crowley, giving you plenty of time to explore the grounds, soak in the outdoors, and immerse yourself in nature.
